Using Smartsheet, Rebecca created a simple form for people to input litigation requests, instead of sending them through email. The form spit into a shared spreadsheet, where everyone had visibility into who owned each request, and its status. This new process halved the time it took to respond to requests. As an added bonus, the form made sure that every request had all the required information—something that email can’t do.
